1. Course Enrollment Fees

Refund Eligibility: Refunds for course enrollment fees are only available under specific circumstances outlined below. Once the course has started or the online materials have been accessed, no refunds will be issued.

Refund Requests Before Course Start Date: Students who wish to withdraw from a course can request a full refund if the request is made at least 7 days before the course start date. Refund requests made within 7 days before the course start date will be subject to a 20% administrative fee.

Course Cancellations: In the event that Sekhon Salon Academy cancels a course, students will receive a full refund of any fees paid.

No Show Policy: Failure to attend the course without prior notification will result in the forfeiture of any fees paid. No refunds will be issued in this case.

2. Product Purchases
